I recently purchased a beach house through CJ Mingolelli and the Douglas Elliman office in Cherry Grove, Fire Island. The purchase itself was handled professionally and well, but the greatest benefit of working with CJ, has been all of the follow up support he and his office have provided. He’s helped me with contractors, local permitting and general maintenance issues necessary to maintain a seasonal beach house.
